On Site Team Lead

North South Consulting Group, LLC (NSCG) is seeking an On-Site Team Lead to serve as the senior on-location authority responsible for the successful execution of daily contract operations in support of the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G-3 mission. This role provides leadership, direction, and coordination across multiple functional areas, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with mission requirements.Acting as the primary point of contact for on-site activities, the Team Lead ensures workforce performance, operational continuity, and high-quality service delivery in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.**This position is contingent upon contract award.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day operations of contract personnel supporting G-3 functionsServe as the primary on-site point of contact for all contract-related mattersProvide oversight, guidance, and coordination across planning, scheduling, analytical, and administrative support functionsEnsure contract performance meets established standards, timelines, and quality expectationsMaintain workforce continuity, staffing adequacy, and operational readinessOversee preparation and submission of required reports, including monthly progress updatesCoordinate with Government leadership to address priorities, resolve issues, and support mission objectivesEnsure effective communication across teams and stakeholdersSupport implementation and enforcement of quality control processesRequired QualificationsActive Secret security clearanceMinimum 15 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, manpower analysis, or related fieldsAt least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience(military or corporate)Minimum of 24 semester hours in mathematics, engineering, or quantitative analysis disciplines Experience with Human Resources functions(e.g., timekeeping, workforce management, benefits basics)Strong knowledge of operational support functions and organizational coordinationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business toolsAbility to operate effectively in a structured, high-demand environmentMust be available Monday–Friday during standard business hours (exceptions for Federal holidays or closures)Preferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting US Army or DoD organizationsFamiliarity with MCoE, TRADOC, or G-3 operationsExperience managing multi-functional teams across geographically dispersed operations Knowledge of Army policies, procedures, and command structures Experience implementing or managing Quality Control Plans(QCP) or performance-based contractsBackground in strategic planning, training management systems, or operational scheduling tools Experience supporting contract transition or start-up activities Powered by JazzHR
