WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING ENTHUSIASTIC PROFESSIONALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM! FC PROVIDES PARKING, TRANSPORTATION,AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO HEALTH SYSTEMS THROUGHOUT THE U.S. Lead Valet oversees our valet team in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures compliance of all policies and procedures, enforces our service standards, and utilizes strong communication when interacting with guests as well as associates. This professional remains organized, compassionate, and sets the tone for our team! We're looking for a passionate individual to provide a memorable guest experience. Full training on our SAFETY and CARE procedures! MONDAY through FRIDAY 7:00am-2:00pm $19.00-$20.00 per hour, including tips BENEFITS & PERKS HEALTH INSURANCE: Team members are eligible for excellent health insurance through United Health Care (minimum of 30 hours/week). REFERRAL BONUSES: Refer a friend and receive $250 for FT & $150 for PT. REQUIREMENTS BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience. License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed. No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years. No major moving violations within the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years. PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance. COMPLIANCE: Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record (capable of passing a driving test), and be able to pass a criminal background check. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift. Tolerance for inclement weather. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time. Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
