Your attention to detail and customer-focused approach will ensure that every guest experience at The Ned NoMad is not just memorable, but truly extraordinary.We are looking for a Backs Server to support and report directly into the General Manager This is a fast-moving business so we are looking for the right individual to be autonomous and be able to pick up multiple tasks and projects at once.Our culture is pacey but supportive, so you must be able to work in synergy with your peers and the different departments around you. Being an active communicator who is customer focused and detail-oriented is a must to ensure the unique experience provided is brilliant.Main Duties…Set tables in accordance with company standardsResponsible for stocking and maintaining server stationsDetail tables before the start of service and ensure place settings are neat and organizedDeliver bread and offer sparkling or still water to all tables in assigned section or others as neededClear tables between each course and re-set for each seatingComplete side work before and after servicePerform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. RequirementsA minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a fast paced and professional environmentPrevious high-volume restaurant experience or willingness to learnProven success of “champion of the culture,” facilitating excellent communication and engagementTeam focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contributeAble to effectively manage different stakeholders and be persuasivePhysical Requirements:Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others. Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 20 to 60 pounds. Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required. Must be able to use step ladder.
