Senior Property ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance, and team development while partnering closely with the Regional Director.The ideal candidate brings strong affordable housing expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to oversee multiple priorities including occupancy, resident relations, financial performance, compliance, and team mentorship.Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of employment in good standing.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across assigned propertiesLead and support onsite staff, including payroll review, coaching, and performance managementManage rent collections, delinquencies, legal coordination, evictions, and financial reportingCreate annual budgets and monitor expenses to ensure budget compliancePrepare properties for audits, inspections, owner visits, and agency reviewsEnsure compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC, Section 8, and Public Housing regulationsOversee leasing, marketing efforts, and occupancy goalsResolve resident concerns and maintain positive stakeholder relationshipsRespond to major property emergencies and escalation issues as requiredQualifications2–3+ years of experience as a Senior Property Manager5+ years of experience at the Property Manager levelStrong experience with LIHTC, Section 8, and Public Housing programs requiredStrong understanding of landlord-tenant law and affordable housing complianceProven financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting experienceDemonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skillsBenefits – What We Offer$115,000 annual salary$1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment in good standing15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)Company-wide holidaysYour birthday off to celebrateMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) planPaid holidaysTuition reimbursement
