Job Description Qualifications:• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.• Team Work – Contributes to building a positive team spirit.• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.• Directs and Oversees housekeepers to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the home by performing the following duties personally.- Inspect rooms, all areas, & heart of the house for cleanliness- Provide assistance and guidance on the proper procedures required by the owner to maintain satisfactory/ and sanitary protocol.- Ensure owner requests are responded to in a timely, efficient, & friendly manner.- Report any safety hazards to the owner or manager in charge.- Deal with the tradesmen that may come to the house and oversee their work.
