They offer strong professional development opportunities and a supportive team culture.Job Description:The Bilingual Office Manager will serve as a key administrative leader within a school setting, overseeing daily office operations and ensuring efficient coordination between staff, students, and families. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee front office operations and serve as a primary point of contact for staff, students, families, and visitorsManage student enrollment processes, including outreach and coordination with familiesMaintain and organize student records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and complianceMonitor and update data within student information systems (attendance, grades, health records, etc.)Support school leadership with administrative tasks and day-to-day operational needsTrack and report staff attendanceCoordinate ordering, inventory, and distribution of office and school suppliesAssist with basic technical support needs as a backup to ITEnsure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and welcomingHelp ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are consistently metQualifications:Bilingual in English and SpanishAssociate’s degree required5+ years of experience in an office management or senior administrative role; school setting strongly preferredExperience managing budgets or financial trackingProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with student information systems is a plusStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionComfortable working with diverse groups including staff, families, and studentsTyping speed of 40–50 WPM preferredAdditional Details:Direct hire opportunityStart date ASAP with training providedPerks:Ongoing professional development, coaching, and mentorship opportunitiesCollaborative and mission-driven work environmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
