Everett, MA | High-Volume, Fast-Paced KitchenWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Chef-Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes pride in both exceptional food and strong kitchen leadership.This is not a “clock-punching” role. Our operation occasionally requires longer hours, sharp organization, and the ability to cook, direct, and lead simultaneously. * Must have at least at least 4 years of Executive chef experience
* Must have Catering Experience 4 years

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
* Cook actively while directing, training, and motivating the team
* Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and standards
* Manage prep, execution, timing, and staffing with precision
* Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
* Work closely with ownership/management to support evolving menus and events

* Significant professional kitchen experience (leadership required)
* Strong culinary fundamentals and broad food knowledge
* Proven ability to manage people respectfully and effectively
* Comfort with longer hours when the operation demands it
* Calm, solutions-oriented mindset in high-pressure situations

Pay: $131,000.00 - $139,999.00 per year
