DescriptionManage and optimize nationwide linehaul transportation resources and trucking capacityBuild and maintain a reliable carrier and trucking resource poolMonitor and improve linehaul transit time performance and operational efficiencyOwn and manage linehaul KPI performance, including on-time delivery, cost efficiency, utilization, and service qualityCoordinate closely with internal fleet teams, warehouse operations, and transportation partnersSupport transportation pricing analysis, carrier negotiations, and rate managementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and transportation vendorsLead carrier performance management, compliance reviews, and operational evaluationsEnsure stable linehaul capacity support during peak seasons and high-volume operational periodsIdentify operational risks and implement contingency plans for transportation disruptionsAnalyze transportation data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsRequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of experience in transportation operations, linehaul management, fleet operations, or logistics planningStrong understanding of trucking operations, carrier management, and transportation networksExperience managing transportation KPIs, carrier performance, and operational coordinationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational detailExcellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and manage multiple prioritiesMust be bilingual in Mandarin and EnglishBenefitsPay Range: 80k-100k7 PTO days5 Paid Sick Leave Days6 Paid Holidays401K Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD/LTD
