Enjoy a lucrative opportunity for overtime and work in a supportive environment that values your expertise.Pay and Shift DetailsPay: $25-$32 Depending on ExperienceShift: 2nd shift 1:30pm - 10:30pmKey ResponsibilitiesPerform welding of piping systems up to 48" Ø using SMAW and FCAW equipmentPrepare, cut, bevel, and assemble pipe components using CNC pipe cutters and tube bendersRead and interpret both structural and piping blueprints with accuracyEnsure all work meets quality, safety, and code specifications (ASME Section IX, API codes)Inspect welds for defects and perform necessary adjustments or repairsWork collaboratively with fabrication and engineering teams to meet project deadlinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in structural welding/fitting or pipe welding in industrial or fabrication environmentsProficiency with SMAW, FCAW welding equipmentStrong blueprint reading and interpretation skills (structural and piping)Knowledge of ASME Section IX and API welding standardsAbility to work in multiple positions (1G–6G) and handle large-diameter pipesAISC certification preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPreferred QualificationsExperience with robotic pipe welding equipmentAdditional welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)Interview TestingB31.1 & 31.3COM156Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
