Right now, we use a Salesforce-based system, but our team needs more detailed reports. Salesforce suggested we use Tableau, so we are bringing in a consultant to help us set it up, build reports, and train our staff.What You Will DoMeet with the business team to understand what reports they needBuild reports and dashboards using TableauConnect Tableau to our Salesforce dataCreate best practices and templates for reportingTrain staff (in small groups, mostly virtual) so they can use Tableau after you leaveWork with our Salesforce implementer and IT teamTroubleshoot issues and document solutionsWhat We Are Looking ForStrong Tableau experience (current version)Good understanding of Salesforce and how to pull data from itAbility to talk to non-technical people and explain things clearlyGood communication and people skills – we need someone who can train and guide others, not just work with dataExperience creating reports from scratchNice to HaveKnowledge of SQLExperience with government or public sector workImportant LogisticsThis role is 100% on-site. No remote work.You must live within driving distance of the Bay Area.Free parking is available.Laptop and monitor will be provided.
