You don't wait for permission.What you'll work onProspecting: Own the full outbound cycle. Sourcing, enrichment, and multi-channel outreach across email, phone, and LinkedInPipeline generation: Booking qualified meetings with our target persona at mid-market and enterprise manufacturers and distributorsMessaging: Pain-first cold outreach that sounds like a founder talking, not a vendor pitching. You'll write, test, and iterate on what actually books meetingsMarket intelligence: Working alongside our GTM systems (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot++) to refine ICP, sharpen targeting, and find signal in the noiseSales enablement: Building scripts, templates, sequences, and call playbooks. The next BDR will inherit what you buildCustomer conversations: First voice on the phone. You'll handle discovery, qualify pain, and earn the right to a meetingWhat we're looking for2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS with a clear track record of beating quotaYou've cold-called before and you're good at it. The phone doesn't scare youStrong written communication. You can write a 60-word email that books a meetingComfort with the full prospecting stack (Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Outreach, HubSpot, or equivalents)AI-native. You use AI to multiply your output and you're hungry to do more of itBonus: experience selling into traditional industries (manufacturing, distribution, construction, trades)Location: Chicago (Hybrid.
