Patent Attorney or Agent

In-House/Patent Attorney/Agent/New JerseyA leading developer of OLED materials, used in a wide range of consumer electronics, seeks a Patent/Attorney/Agent with 5+ years to work with the legal and R&D teams to protect the company’s intellectual property by identifying patentable innovations, conducting prior art searches and drafting and prosecuting patent applications globally. This position also involves evaluating invention disclosures, addressing inventorship issues, and helping shape patent strategy in alignment with research priorities. Dual degrees in Chemistry and either Physics or Electrical Engineering, and an MS or PhD in at least one of these areas is required. Extensive expertise in OLED device technology or a closely related discipline is required.
