The Physician Liaison effectively communicates current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of services.ResponsibilitiesPromotes USA Clinics Group services by contacting healthcare providers in person, by phone and emailDistributes clinical information and marketing literature to physicians and other healthcare professionalsGenerates opportunities by calling physician offices and healthcare organizationsFollows-up with physicians to gather feedback and questionsProvides approved information to physicians on USA Clinics Group servicesProvides feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and service issuesExpectations include achieving territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which include delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following-up with medical educational programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targetsResponsible for maintaining the level of activity required, servicing and managing accountsProvide feedback on marketing strategy. Reviews effectiveness of sales activities and territory analysis, in addition to developing territory plans with their managerAttend community and networking events on an as needed basis to represent our company and its servicesAttend and actively participate in required meetings, including internal growth meetings, staff meetings, community events, etcMaintain collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working group's achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environmentPerform additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessaryAs a full-time employee this position and compensation are based on a 40 hr/week scheduleRequirementsAn Associate's or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferredExperience in outside sales, business development, or related experience. Experience in Pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferredGeneral medical knowledge, especially related to our facility's services, treatment offerings, and equipmentWilling to travelStrong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skillsExperience with CRM and activity reporting software is a plusDemonstrated ability to effectively produce business resultsAbility to make and maintain contact with prospective and current referring providersAbility to maintain accurate and detailed records of appointments, sales, calls, follow-up callsBenefitsHealthDentalVision401k & MatchPTOPerformance based bonus compensation
