UX/UI Designer

UX DesignerThis is a UX oriented role primarily focused on MOBILE APP, although there will be opportunities work on both App and Web. This contractor will augment teams current capacity, to support roadmap work primarily in the Retail space. This is truly an omnichannel design opportunity since most transactions that start online end up on store. This contractor will work alongside other UX/UI designers and copywriters on team and partner closely with business owners, product owners, business analysts and developers when crafting innovative design solutions. Collaboration is a huge part of this role.Required Experience:At least 2 years of solid, hands on design experienceA portfolio that contains real design work that has been put into productionA portfolio that contains interactive prototypes (or links to prototypes)Strong presentation and communication skillsA formal design education or a minimum of 5 years proven design experienceA strong online portfolio containing multiple examples that are presented with depthA portfolio that contains interactive prototypes (or links to prototypes)Enthusiasm and a curiosity for solving problemsFamiliarity with iOS and Android standardsExperience working for larger companies / with larger teams is a plusRequired Skills: Mobile Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: Yes Drug Screen: Yes Notes: In order to be eligible for this role, consultant must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship now or in the future.
