Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Upland, CAOverview:We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, optimization, and sustainment of complex manufacturing processes in a regulated, high reliability production environment. This role focuses on translating engineering designs into efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes while driving quality, cost, and throughput improvements across production operations.The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure products are built safely, consistently, and in compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and process flowsSupport production operations by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actionsLead process improvement initiatives focused on yield, cycle time, cost reduction, and qualityCollaborate with design engineering to support manufacturability and production readinessDefine tooling, fixtures, and equipment requirements to support production needsSupport new product introduction activities including process validation and production rampAnalyze production data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesPartner with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards and proceduresSupport supplier manufacturing readiness and process alignment as neededRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field1+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering roleExperience supporting production in a regulated or high reliability manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, process control, and continuous improvement principlesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentationExperience developing work instructions and standard operating proceduresStrong problem solving and root cause analysis skillsAbility to work cross functionally in a fast paced production environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or other high compliance manufacturing industriesFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesExperience supporting machining, assembly, or complex electromechanical buildsExposure to quality systems such as AS9100 or ISO standardsExperience supporting production equipment qualification and process validationBenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedicalDentalVisionPaid Time OffHoliday Pay Email Your Resume In Word ToNate.Paules@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
