Crew Leader

A Plus Tree, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader for the day-to-day support of our Tree workers' crews in Vallejo, CA. Our Crew Leaders are responsible for building a high-performing team by coaching, training, and developing Tree Workers to be great leaders, operators, and coaches. They oversee all aspects of recruiting, training, management, fiscal compliance, and overall operations of a crew to ensure high quality, safety, service excellence, satisfaction, and maximum profitability. What we are looking for: Supervisory experience - 3+ years of experience managing a crew Ability to complete tree removals and perform industry-standard tree pruning techniques.
