Growth Sales Manager

A company is looking for a Growth Sales Manager to lead and scale their growth segment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of Growth AEs to manage pipelines and close expansion opportunities Establish operational rigor around pipeline management and forecasting to drive revenue performance Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to convert inbound demand into qualified opportunities Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience at a high-growth SaaS company Proven track record of coaching AEs to exceed quotas in a high-velocity sales environment Experience managing pipeline health, forecasting, and rep productivity Ability to develop early-career and mid-career AEs Collaborative mindset to work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
