Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Case Manager to join our team in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. In this role, the Senior Case Manager will oversee the management of personal injury and insurance dispute cases, serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintain organized case files, and ensure all deadlines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, liaising with legal teams and external parties, drafting correspondence, and assisting attorneys with case preparation. The Senior Case Manager will also supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure seamless case progression. Qualifications Strong case management skills, including task prioritization, case monitoring, and maintaining organized recordsExperience with document preparation, drafting correspondence, and meeting legal deadlinesExceptional communication, client interaction, and relationship management abilitiesSupervisory and mentoring experience to lead junior case managers or support staffProficiency with legal software, case management systems, and MS Office applicationsComprehensive knowledge of personal injury and insurance claim processesDetail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and multitasking skillsBachelor’s degree in law, legal studies, or a related fieldPrior experience in a law firm or legal setting handling client-centered cases is preferredLocal to the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area or willing to commute daily
