Fitness on Fire offers a competitive base compensation plus opportunities for commission.ResponsibilitiesCreate a program for all individual clients which will include a customized workout plan, nutritional guidance, and progress tracking to help them achieve their fitness goals.Aid in team building activities, fundraisers, and outings.Acquire new clientsInspire and motivate existing clients by providing excellent customer serviceQualificationsEvery client at Fitness On Fire works with a personal trainer. Our Personal Trainers play a vital role in the success of our members and gym. In addition to understanding the principles of quality movement and proper exercise technique, you must be able to:Coach, motivate and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journeyPresent and sell training packagesProvide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client basePreferred QualificationsPrior Personal Trainer experience is preferred but not requiredCertifications/Education Applicants must hold the following degrees and certifications:High School Diploma or GEDCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certificationDegree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness or related field OR an approved Personal Training Certification (listed below):NASM, ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NCSF, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, ISSA
