About the Opportunity:The Manager, Conversion Data Analytics leads a team responsible for managing data conversion processes critical to onboarding nonprofit clients. This role ensures data integrity and readiness post-sale by overseeing team performance, workload, and delivery quality. It serves as a bridge between data analytics and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into effective execution, maintaining confidence and consistency in high-volume conversion activities.3. Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts, providing regular feedback and support.Manage delivery outcomes and prioritize tasks within the conversion portfolio.Monitor data and KPIs to identify trends and address potential issues early.Collaborate closely with leaders, project managers, engineering, product, and support teams.Guide decisions using knowledge of conversion workflows, data mapping, and data models.Foster an environment of psychological safety to encourage risk reporting and collaboration.Make timely decisions within strategy guidelines and escalate when necessary.Demonstrate organizational values by balancing empathy, accountability, and simplifying processes.Maintain leadership presence during peak periods and honor commitments to team and stakeholders.4. Requirements:3-4 years of experience in data analytics or conversion delivery roles.At least 1 year as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst or equivalent.Proven people leadership experience.Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of data analysis concepts.Advanced Excel skills and expertise in data validation.Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tools.Ability to build trust-based relationships and collaborate across functions.Clear communication skills and sound judgment in decision-making.Interest in supporting the nonprofit sector.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000.Eligibility for a discretionary bonus.Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws.6.
