About The PositionSenior Backend Developer Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with expert-level skills and extensive experience in Python, Django/Flask, PostgreSQL, SQL, AWS (S3, EC2, SQS, Kafka, Message Q, Redis). The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in Terraform and Open Search. Additionally, the candidate should possess a deep understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend services, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy robust solutions. Optimize existing codebase for efficiency and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Mentor and manage Mid and Junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality features. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Expert-level proficiency in Python, Django/Flask, Postgres, SQL, AWS (S3, EC2, SQS, Kafka, Message Q, Redis). Proficiency in Terraform and Open Search is a plus. Strong understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in mentoring and managing Mid or Junior developers.
