Sunday Morning Children's Ministry Assistant

Thomaston First Methodist Church seeks a Sunday Morning Children's Ministry Assistant responsible for assisting our Children's Director lead a program of spiritual formation, mission, and fellowship for our elementary school aged children. This position involves leading children in games, songs, reading stories, crafts, and supervising children alongside of the Children's Ministry Director. Duties and Responsibilities: Help facilitate Children's Church and Sunday School on a weekly basis. Assist the Children's Minister in serving the children on Sunday morning as needs arise. Building relationships of trust and care with the children and families who participate. Serving each Sunday morning from 8:45-11:15am.
