Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for doctors, managing outreach to credentialing hand-offs Work closely with clinical leadership to define provider personas and quality standards You'll work with full autonomy in an innovative, creative business model that rewards consistency and persistence You'll establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing physicians and clients Contract negotiation will be part of your day-to-day workextending offers and working out terms that work for everyone involved Growing our pipeline and database of potential candidates and clients will be an ongoing focus, ensuring you're continuously building your book of business Strong hunter approach to sales with ability to create, grow and manage a book of business Have experience and comfort with making cold calls Have persuasive and influential written and verbal communications skills Qualifications 4+ years of clinical recruiting experience focused on hiring doctors (MDs / DOs) Experience managing complex scheduling and administrative nuances in clinical hiring Experience using ATS (preferably Bullhorn) to track pipeline health and provide reporting
