Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification with plans for ASCP or AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science must be obtained within one year of hire. Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
