You'll help them understand next steps, gather required documentation, and ensure everything is submitted properly to keep the process moving forward. You'll also coordinate with internal teams so assessments and authorizations happen on time.This is a detail-driven role with heart—you'll be the calm, reassuring voice helping families navigate the start of care.
