Senior Intercompany Accountant - REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Intercompany Accountingprofessional to provide temporary support for a minimum of three to six months duringthe monthly close process. This role will focus heavily on intercompany (ICO)activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and stakeholder supportrelated to Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) and other intercompanymatters. The ideal candidate brings deep end‑to‑end intercompany expertise andcan lead and execute clean-up activities in a complex, global environment.Fully Remote - Pay $70-$75/hourWhat you will work on• Support monthly and quarterly close activities related to intercompany accounting• Execute topside pushdown entries related to intercompany activity• Address stakeholder requests regarding GR/IR balances and other ICO issues• Partner with outsourced accounting providers to ensure accurate and timely execution of ICO processes• Lead and drive intercompany clean-up initiatives, ensuring alignment with GAAP and SOX requirements• Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX controls, throughout the close process• Utilize SAP to analyze, reconcile, and resolve intercompany transactionsWhat you will bring• Multi-year, deep, end-to-end intercompany (ICO) accounting expertise, including:• GR/IR accounting• Intercompany journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations• Strong SAP experience (required)• Experience working with outsourced service providers• Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams and driving execution of intercompany clean-up efforts• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve ICO issuesWhat you can expectAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. Total Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).What we doAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
