Child Care Assistant

**Job Overview** We are seeking a caring and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for children, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to providing a safe and engaging environment for our young students. **Responsibilities** - Provide high-quality childcare for children of varying ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. - Develop and implement engaging activities and lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning. - Engage in caregiving activities, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing children. - Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, ensuring their emotional and social well-being. - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient childcare experience. - Manage the daily routine of the children, including naptime, outdoor activities, and snack times. - Administer first aid and CPR as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized childcare facility, adhering to all health and safety regulations. - Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and childcare. **Experience** - Prior experience in childcare, nannying, babysitting, or early childhood education is essential. - Experience working with children with special needs or in special education settings is highly valued. - The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. - A strong understanding of childhood development and the importance of education for young children is a must. **Skills** - Experience with toddler care and early childhood education. - Strong caregiving and nurturing skills. - Ability to educate children in a fun and engaging way. - Familiarity with special education or experience working with children with special needs. - Experience with childcare software and technology. - A passion for creating a positive and supportive environment for young children.
