Travel Customer Service Representative

Overview:Duration: 06-Jul-2026 - 29-Jan-2027. Position is 100% remote.Manager is open to all US time zones.Training will be 9 - 530pm EST. Once training is completed, the remainder of the contract will be 1130am - 8pm EST. OT may be offered for weekends, but this is a Monday - Friday position.Target Start: June 29th What You’ll Do On a Typical DayAdvise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)Attention to detail, accuracy is extremely importantConduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional servicesArrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, car, rail, and hotel accommodationsUse of Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDSs)Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirementsUse positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requestsWhat We’re Looking ForPassion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needsNative GDS expertise SabreThree -Five Years of Corporate Entertainment Travel preferred.Professional communication (written and verbal)Attention to detailAct with integrity, and look after personal traveler informationPossess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, entertainment travel.Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplierTeamwork and open to feedbackCompensation: $25-30/hr (W2-Non-Exempt) Travel Customer Service RepresentativeCompensation: $25-30/hr (W2-Non-Exempt)
