Division/DepartmentOrthoNY/Administration SupportLocation:Albany/Saratoga/SchenectadyJob TitleSupervisor, Site OperationsReports ToManager, Site OperationsType Of PositionFLSA StatusGeneral DescriptionThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of all clinical and administrative employees, efficient and effective productivity of clinical and administrative operations, and quality patient and business outcomes under the direction of the Manager, Site Operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide daily oversight of clinical and administrative operations with continual monitoring of staff performance;Create and manage weekly staff schedules ensuring adequate provider coverage;Take an active role in quality and productivity management including, but not limited to reducing and managing overtime, monitoring site data, and implementing improvement strategies and workflows;Assist with new hire training or current staff retraining;Achieve super-user status for all applications, including EHR; training, retraining of staff and ability to identify waste and recommend efficient workflows for corporate utilization;Complete human resources tasks including, but not limited to, payroll, attendance, time off requests, addressing performance issues including corrective action as well as performance evaluations in collaboration with the Site Operations Manager;Oversee ordering of clinical and DME supplies (when applicable) and monitor usage by staff/providers;Provide clinical care to patients as needed;Backfill Manager, Site Operations, as needed (when off-site or absent);Perform other duties as needed/assigned.QualificationsCollege degree in relevant field required; Registered Nurse or ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist with unlimited New York state license preferred;3 years of recent clinical experience required;Minimum one-year recent supervisory experience; 3-5 years preferred;Proficient in with Microsoft Office and EMR required;Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Other InformationThis is an “in office” position in a safe work environment (COVID safety protocols in effect).Travel between offices will be required.This is an exempt position and will frequently require more than 40 hours per week and may periodically require irregular work hours or phone calls or communication from employees outside of business hours.Please note that this posting is not all-inclusive of the job responsibilities or qualifications of the position.
