CSlope Solutions is hiring a Junior Web Developer to support a federal client within the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). This role is ideal for early-career developers seeking to grow their skills in a structured, mission-driven environment while contributing to enterprise-level web applications supporting Navy logistics systems.You will work alongside experienced developers and technical leaders, gaining hands-on experience while building modern web applications in an Agile environment.Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of enterprise web applications and websitesDevelop front-end components, fix defects, and support ongoing application updatesSupport senior and journeyman developers with coding, testing, and implementation tasksWrite, test, and debug assigned code modulesParticipate in Agile processes, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesAssist with requirements understanding, technical research, and documentationContribute to code reviews, team training sessions, and continuous learning initiativesSupport development environment setup, configuration, and dependency managementRequired Qualifications1–3 years of web development experience (internship, co-op, or professional)Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptExposure to at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) or willingness to learnBasic experience using Git or version control systems (e.g., commit, push, pull requests)Strong willingness to learn and grow in a structured federal IT environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent practical experiencePreferred QualificationsInternship or coursework supporting enterprise or government systemsFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum methodologiesCompletion of a coding bootcamp or relevant technical certificationWork Environment & RequirementsFull-time, on-site work at NAVSUP Business Systems Center in Norfolk, VACandidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Hampton Roads areaMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 2 or higher) clearanceNo remote or hybrid work options are available for this roleSecurity ClearancePublic Trust (Tier 2 or higher); Secret preferredWork EnvironmentWork is performed on-site at a government facility in Norfolk, VACandidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Hampton Roads areaThis role is a full-time position aligned to a federal contract scheduleAbout UsCSlope Solutions is an 8(a) certified business consulting and professional services firm dedicated to delivering high-impact solutions to our federal clients.
