Electronics Assembler / Solderer – 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire) Location: Stacy, MN Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour DOE Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire A manufacturing company in Stacy, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler / Solderer to support the assembly and production of custom electronic components and systems. This role is ideal for candidates with strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and experience or interest in electronics assembly and soldering. Key Responsibilities Assemble circuit boards and electronic systems using soldering, crimping, hardware, adhesives, and epoxies Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering using a soldering iron Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and verbal directions Inspect completed work to ensure quality and conformance to specifications Repair or replace components to correct defects Perform assembly work under magnification or microscope as required Follow IPC-A-610 standards and safety procedures Work cooperatively with team members and maintain consistent attendance Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Electronics assembly or soldering experience preferred (training available) IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification preferred or willingness to be trained Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components Comfortable with repetitive tasks and detailed work Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods Able to pass background check and drug screen This is a great opportunity to join a stable 1st-shift schedule with long-term potential. #NowHiring
