Position: AI Solutions Engineer We are growing and we are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. You Are Ready to live out our core values in patient and team member interactions. Responsibilities Design an internal AI ecosystem, utilizing Snowflake as the centralized engine for data‑driven automation, that interacts with internal software. Provide strategic technology evaluation for new AI initiatives; conduct market research and cost‑benefit analyses to determine when to leverage third‑party platforms versus developing proprietary, in‑house solutions. Build custom AI agents that bridge the gap between raw data and clinical/business operations, ensuring that intellectual property stays internal and actionable. Use AI to write code that automates the business and accelerates development cycles. Build ETL/ELT pipelines to automate the movement of data from legacy Practice Management systems into secure environments. Lead AI projects from idea to production, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes. Connect Large Language Models (LLM) to Snowflake and external systems, ensuring secure data flow throughout workflows. Maintain HIPAA compliance, ensuring that AI doesn’t touch sensitive data without proper masking and security protocols. Establish AI safety protocols, including prompt engineering safeguards and audit logs, to prevent unauthorized data access. Collaborate with business leaders and surgeons to identify manual processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Educate team members on AI best practices, fostering an AI mentality within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Medical Informatics, or a related field. Three to five years of previous experience in high‑level data engineering or architecture (preferred). Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
