Senior DevSecOps Architect
Position Title: Senior DevSecOps ArchitectLocation: Falls Church, VAClearance Requirements: Public Trust EligibilityPosition Description:Join a dynamic team as a Senior DevSecOps Architect dedicated to elevating software security through AI-driven automation. Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI/ML models into CI/CD pipelines to identify vulnerabilities, secure AI workflows, and develop intelligent orchestration tools. Build a robust, self-healing DevSecOps ecosystem that ensures rapid deployment without compromising security standards.Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines utilizing static and dynamic analysis tools to detect complex vulnerabilities.Develop security frameworks for AI lifecycle stages, including data ingestion, model protection, and LLM "Guardrails."Create AI-powered automation (SOAR) solutions for vulnerability triage and remediation to streamline security workflows.Implement enterprise-wide security policies with Policy as Code (e.g., Open Policy Agent) across multi-cloud environments.Conduct advanced cloud-native threat modeling, focusing on AI-specific attack vectors like model inversion and data poisoning.Enable developers with self-service security tools and "Golden Paths" to foster proactive security practices.Technical Qualifications:Expert experience with Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proficient in integrating security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and Secret Scanning into CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.Hands-on experience securing MLOps pipelines and AI-integrated APIs.Skilled in programming with Python, Go, or Bash for automation and AI scripting.Deep knowledge of eBPF, Prometheus, and AI-powered monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Datadog.Top Requirements:10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years leading high-scale DevSecOps teamsProven expertise in AI/ML security and implementing AI-driven security solutionsDegree from an accredited institution in a relevant field; additional experience acceptable if degree is non-relatedPreferred Experience:Experience deploying AI/ML in security operations and threat mitigationStrong communication skills bridging DevOps speed and security rigorExperience working with cloud security and automation tools in enterprise environmentsCore Objectives:Achieve 90% automated security coverage for production codeReduce vulnerability MTTR by 40% within one year using AI solutionsStay advanced in "AI for Security" and "Security for AI" innovation movementsAdditional Provisions:Must pass a client-mandated security clearance process, including drug screening, criminal background, and credit checkUS Citizenship or Green Card holder required; no more than 6 months travel outside the US in the past five years (military excluded)Overtime requires prior written approval; unauthorized overtime will not be reimbursedBusiness casual dress code appliesAbout Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
