Substitute Lead Teacher Preschool

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing support and maintaining continuity in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Responsibilities: - Implement lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create engaging lessons if plans are not available - Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students - Manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive and respectful atmosphere - Provide assistance to students in understanding subject matter and completing assignments - Follow school policies and procedures as directed by the school administration Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred - Ability to educate and assist students effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of tutoring techniques and various teaching methods - Familiarity with Montessori or other educational philosophies is a plus - Understanding of curriculum development and implementation - Experience in special education or behavior management is beneficial - Proficiency in classroom management, lesson planning, and adapting to different learning styles This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the education and development of students while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
