You will focus on optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions by creating a vision and roadmap aligned to the client's business strategy and transformation value case.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Transformation Strategies: Create a vision and roadmap aligned to the client's business strategy and transformation value case, utilizing design thinking and analytics to analyze client needs and recommend solutions that drive business value.Innovate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and upgrade and rationalize their HR and Talent Technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and deliver business value.Analyze Client Needs: Utilize service and process modeling to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions that align to the business strategy and drive business value.Implement Solutions: Implement solutions that align to the business strategy and drive business value, leveraging industry-leading thought leadership and expertise in HR Transformation.Drive Business Value: Deliver solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experiences, driving business value for clients.This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertiseBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related/equivalent experience7+ years of consulting or transformation experience in HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, HR Business Applications, Operating Model Design, Business Process Redesign, Organizational Change, or Skills TransformationDirect State and Local Government experience requiredStrong understanding of:civil serviceunion/labor environmentsgovernment compliance and policy constraintsmulti-stakeholder governanceExperience translating complex workforce challenges into practical transformation outcomesStrong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skillsPreferred technical and professional experienceExperience with HR service delivery, workforce operations, or employee-facing business applicationsFamiliarity with Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platformsExperience with AI, automation, workforce planning, shared services, digital employee experience, or skills-based transformationExperience supporting thought leadership, offerings, or proposalsIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
