Human Resources Intern

Internship OpportunityThis intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting with employee engagement initiatives, data organization, and administrative projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the planning and coordination of in-office and remote employee events Auditing and organizing employee files, both physical and digital, to ensure accuracy and compliance Supporting audits and clean-up of the employee learning platform Assisting with updates, events, and content on MyTauck, the company's internal online platform Supporting overall HR data cleanup Providing administrative support for new hire onboarding Knowledge/Skill Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Comfort working with data, files, and internal systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline Preferred Skills & Interests: Interest in pursuing a future career in Human Resources or a related field Interest in employee engagement, HR operations, or people programs Strong follow-through and reliability Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment About UsTauck is recognized as a world leader in deluxe escorted vacation tours; a fast growing company in a thriving industry.
