Position: Culinary Arts TeacherWalker LAUNCH College & Career Academy(Georgia Northwestern Technical College)Effective Date: 2026 - 2027 School YearQualifications: Georgia Certification inCulinary Arts (FLD 669)and/orCulinary Arts Endorsement (FLD 884)Minimum Qualifications:* Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.* Minimum of five years of food service experience or two years ofsupervisory and/or management experience in food service.* Possess strong knowledge of culinary practices, nutrition, safety,and sanitation.* ServSafe certified with the National Restaurant Association.* Excellent written and oral communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:* American Culinary Federation certification as a Certified CulinaryEducator (C.C.E.), or certified Executive Chef (C.E.C.), or certifiedExecutive Pastry Chef (C.E.P.C.).* Post-secondary teaching experience in Culinary Arts in a two-yearcollege environment.
