We move from whiteboard to warfighter with precision, clarity, and zero tolerance for fluff.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced to support a high-volume surge recruiting initiative within the aerospace and defense industry. This is a 3-month contract assignment with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical and cleared hiring efforts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to start immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Execution: Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, corporate, and defense-related positions; partner with hiring managers to define priorities and workforce planning.Strategic Sourcing: Source and engage top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques to build pipelines for hard-to-fill cleared roles.Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes and conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and clearance eligibility.Process Management: Coordinate interview scheduling, manage candidate communications, and maintain precise records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Performance Tracking: Track recruiting metrics and provide regular data-driven updates to leadership and stakeholders.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required.Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within the aerospace and/or defense industry.Sourcing Tools: Demonstrated expertise sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and other advanced recruiting platforms.Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Proficient in managing candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows within ATS platforms, preferably ClearCompany.How You Will Be RewardedThe salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
