Your role is crucial for smooth medical operations.Essential Functions of the RoleYou'll be a versatile resource, providing assistance across various clinics within a set local area.You'll ensure examination rooms are well-prepared and ready to welcome patients.You comfort patients, help transition from waiting to exam room, prepare for check-ups.You'll play an essential role in the examination and treatment of patients, working directly under the supervision of a physician.During patient interviews, measure pulse and temperature, and record them accurately in their medical history. Engage in essential tasks with patients and record information in their medical history.You'll assume responsibility for the collection, labeling, and delivery of specimens to the laboratory.You'll be an energetic participant in performance improvement activities whenever the opportunity arises.You'll continually enhance your skills and knowledge, attending mandatory in-service education sessions.Key Success FactorsSuccess in this position relies on a willingness to travel to local clinics and perform assigned duties well.An understanding of medical terms is necessary.The capacity to provide comfort to patients with outstanding bedside manners is expected.You'll need to appear welcoming, assuring, and easy to approach when interacting with patients.Ability to follow directions from medical practitioners is important.Being aware of how to handle medical charts and records will be beneficial.A knack for maintaining high levels of precision and meticulousness is indispensable.Belonging StatementWe believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported.QualificationsEducation - H.S. Diploma or GED EquivalentExperience - Less than (1) one year of experienceCertification/License/RegistrationBasic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within (30) thirty days of hire or transfer.
