This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and governance, ensuring AI solutions are strategically aligned, operationally effective, and compliant with regulatory standards. The position plays a key role in translating data insights into actionable product decisions and enhancing overall digital experience outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport AI product roadmap development in collaboration with product and data teamsContribute to rollout planning for new features, models, and enhancementsTranslate business objectives into data-driven product initiativesEvaluate regulatory requirements and assess risk exposure related to AI implementationsSupport governance frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible AI usageIdentify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategiesMonitor AI model performance and data integrity across platformsSupport validation processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistencyTrack key performance indicators and recommend improvementsOversee day-to-day performance of AI products and address issues impacting functionalityCoordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents and optimize performanceAnalyze user data, product metrics, and AI outputs to inform prioritization and planningProvide insights to support backlog refinement and sprint executionStay current on AI trends, tools, and competitive developmentsIdentify opportunities to enhance product capabilities and drive innovationDeliver regular updates on product performance, insights, and risksServe as a resource for AI-related analytics and governance topicsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field requiredAdvanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred5+ years in product analytics, AI, data analysis, or related rolesExperience supporting digital or AI-driven product initiativesFamiliarity with Agile development environmentsExperience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, financial services)Exposure to AI governance, model validation, or compliance frameworksExperience mentoring or guiding team membersAbility to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insightsUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts, deployment, and performance monitoringAgile Methodology: Experience working in iterative development environmentsProficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
