OverviewOur client is seeking a senior-level Python Automation Engineer with strong experience automating network security infrastructure, firewall operations, and CI/CD workflows in large enterprise environments.This role is part of a dedicated automation initiative, with engineers focused on building scalable automation solutions that reduce manual operational effort and enable a fully automated Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture. The ideal candidate is a strong developer with deep expertise in Python and enterprise network security technologies.What You'll DoDesign and implement enterprise-scale network security automation solutions using PythonBuild stateful workflow orchestration using Temporal/ORCA for firewall, proxy, and NAC environmentsDevelop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Infrastructure as Code practicesAutomate operational processes and provisioning workflows using Ansible, APIs, and source-of-truth integrationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience5+ years of software development or automation engineering experienceAdvanced Python development experience with a strong focus on automationExperience building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutionsExperience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline developmentHands-on experience with Ansible automationExperience designing and implementing automated security controls and policy managementExperience working with enterprise Firewall and Proxy technologiesAbility to work independently and drive complex technical initiativesMedical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
