Computer Systems Analyst

Job Number # VS0003, # VS0004, # VS0005 Location Cerritos, California. Responsibilities Worked closely with project managers, business users to formalize a business idea and define requirements. Interacted with the business users and supervisors to gather the requirements. Prepare and update system documentation, operation guides and training materials etc. Review of functional design and impact analysis. Analyze and resolve any real time issues in production and help the support team by knowledge sharing and brainstorming. Assist in system implementation and sustainment. Assist with testing and acceptance of the applications. Strong background in client/server software model, including supporting infrastructures, such as databases, networking, Linux, Intel/Windows servers, security and monitoring. Proven experience with clustering technologies. Proven familiarity with batch/shell scripting. Experience writing SSIS ETL packages and strong understanding of the ETL process. Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL code and design stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints. Proven experience handling a tier 1/ high availability system. Demonstrated strong partnering, coaching and mentoring skills. Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills. Must be willing to travel and relocate for short periods of time as needed. Qualification Bachelor's or Masters in Engineering, Computers or Science with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
