Senior Director of AI

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, AI. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company's AI roadmap and innovation strategy Oversee all stages of the AI development lifecycle, including model design, testing, deployment, and performance optimization Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing AI organization across data science, machine learning, and applied AI disciplines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred 12 to 15 or more years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or advanced analytics Demonstrated experience building and deploying machine learning models and generative AI systems in production environments Experience implementing MLOps pipelines and scalable AI systems in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners or vendors
