We're moving into a larger production facility and looking for an Office Manager who can drive sales from the front of the house while keeping our operations organized. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as we grow — ideal for someone who wants to grow with the business.About the roleThis is primarily an inside sales role with office management responsibilities. You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling, emailing, or walking into our showroom — turning inquiries into orders and turning one-time customers into repeat accounts.Your focus will be on upselling and account growth: a customer comes in for screen-printed t-shirts? You're showing them embroidered polos for their managers and DTF for their small-batch reorders. A team orders 50 jerseys? You're following up about coaches' jackets and parent merch.What you'll doQuote and close inside sales for screen print, DTF, and embroidery jobsUpsell additional decoration methods, garment upgrades, and add-on itemsFollow up on open quotes and nurture existing accounts (schools, teams, local businesses, corporate)Manage incoming orders from quote to delivery — order entry, art approvals, production scheduling, customer updatesHandle invoicingOrder blanks and shop supplies, manage inventoryGreet showroom visitors and represent ONYX INK professionallyWhat we're looking for2+ years of experience in a screen printing, embroidery, DTF, or decorated apparel shop (non-negotiable — we need someone who already speaks the language: ink colors, stitch counts, garment brands, Pantone matching, mockups, production minimums)Bilingual English/Spanish — requiredProven inside sales experience with a track record of upselling and closingHighly organized — you can juggle 30+ open orders without losing trackProficient in learning our shop management software and QuickBooksExcellent written and verbal communicationComfortable working on-site in a production environmentNice to have (not requierd)Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva or basic art file prepFamiliarity with embroidery digitizing workflowsExisting contacts in the South Florida apparel/promo marketYoung and willing to learn and grow this industry as a careerWhat we offerCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceSales commission and upsell bonusesClear path from part-time to full-time as the business growsModern, clean shop with automatic press, conveyor oven, DTF station, and embroideryDirect impact role — you'll help shape how we scaleSchedule: Part-time to start is flexible, transitioning to full-time based on performance and business growth.Benefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person in DoralONYX INK is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
