Get ready to make a significant impact and drive success!Key Responsibilities:Resolve all facilities support/break-fix issues within the defined SLA timelinesWork with vendors to resolve issues and proactively maintain functional facilities.Assist with ingestion, organization, and tracking of lease agreements and related documentsAid in the setup, management, and billing of utilities for new and existing propertiesProvide assistance with preparing, filing, and tracking business license applications and renewals to ensure all properties meet required compliance standardsMaintain accurate and organized operational records within internal systemsIdentify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and suggest improvements.Work closely with site operations, deployment, finance, and legal teams to gather necessary information, resolve questions, and support smooth operational workflowsMonitor and drive Deployment to Site Operations handoffsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Mean Time to Resolve Facility IssuesOpex vs BudgetGoogle RatingsRequired Qualifications:Completed degree program (Bachelors or Masters) preferably Finance, Legal, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience managing mission critical facilitiesWell-versed in analytics and presentation tools including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.Proficiency in cross-channel communications (phone, email, CRMs) with a call-first approachSalesforce experience is a plusWinning mindset which embodies the concept of extreme ownership.Self-starter, takes initiative, accountable, with a proactive approachDetail-oriented with a passion for documentation and process creationAbility to synthesize complex information and deliver insights to the teamExcellent communicator and team playerAny previous exposure to start-up environments or face-paced workplaces is an advantage but not mandatory.Must be willing to work onsite at our Durham HQ during work hoursIONNA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices through a competitive base salary, as well as offering bonus programs, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), and paid holidays.
