Account Director
Key Responsibilities:Cultivate and sustain client relationships, serving as the primary liaison between the agency and clients. Understand and align with the client’s business objectives.Collaborate with clients to define marketing and creative goals, develop aligned strategies, and present proposals and creative concepts.Build project schedules that fit the client’s timeline. Oversee creative project execution, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery, and coordinating cross-functional teams.Bridge client-agency communication, ensuring team alignment on project objectives and timelines. Construct comprehensive creative briefs that align with client requests and initiate the creative team accordingly.Foster effective collaboration among internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure the seamless execution of client projects. Serve as a bridge between client expectations and internal capabilities, facilitating clear communication and alignment across all team members.Swiftly address project challenges, find effective solutions, and serve as a strategic problem solver for clients' business needs.Craft concise and informative presentation decks to convey complex ideas and strategies effectively.Lead, motivate, and mentor agency teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging creative tech, providing clients with strategic insights.Implement and deliver a comprehensive monthly agency retainer, aligned with the Client-Agency SOW, including the day-to-day task breakdown for creative, strategy, and/or account teams.Requirements:Must work in-office Monday-Friday.Minimum of 4 years of creative agency experience.Minimum of 4 years of experience in an account management position.Demonstrated Project Management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, including building and maintaining project timelines.Adaptability and innovative problem-solving capabilities.Experience in presentation deck development, with the ability to review, draft, and build detailed and brand-aligned decks that convey complex ideas concisely and effectively.Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Exceptional organizational skills, approaching all assigned tasks with a calm and efficient demeanor.Effective collaboration and respect towards team members and clients.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Proficiency in industry-standard tools, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Notion project management software, etc.
