Human Resources Supervisor/Manager
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to support and lead day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in employee lifecycle management, workplace compliance, performance initiatives, and overall office administration.The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and capable of balancing both strategic HR responsibilities and operational execution while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full-cycle HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records administrationSupport payroll processing, attendance tracking, benefits coordination, and HRIS data accuracyAssist in developing and implementing performance management processes, employee evaluations, and workplace policiesServe as a point of contact for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns while promoting a positive employee experienceCoordinate new hire orientation programs, compliance training, safety initiatives, and employee engagement activitiesEnsure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including Texas labor laws and OSHA workplace safety standardsPartner with leadership teams to support workforce planning, organizational development, and HR best practicesOversee office administration functions, vendor coordination, office supply management, and daily operational support for the facilityMaintain confidential employee information and ensure HR documentation is handled accurately and professionallyQualifications5+ years of Human Resources experience within U.S.-based organizations, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environmentsStrong understanding of Texas employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance requirementsExperience supporting payroll administration and HR systems; ADP experience is highly preferredFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs within manufacturing or factory environmentsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systemsBilingual language skills are a plus, but not requiredPreferred BackgroundExperience supporting manufacturing or factory operationsComfortable working cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership teamsHands-on, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
