Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager - Railway in USA.Citizens and GC's are preferred. Required Qualifications (MANDATORY)7-20 years of experience in Engineering Services sales (Hunting & Farming)Experience working with global delivery models and offshore/nearshore teamsProven track record of selling engineering services in one or more of the following domains: Rail industry (preferred), Automotive engineering services, Locomotive systems, Industrial Equipment & Heavy Machinery Strong understanding of: Embedded systems (control systems, onboard software, signaling integration) and Digital engineering (IoT, cloud, analytics, digital twins)Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and achieving annual sales targetsPreferred:Existing relationships with Rail OEMs, transit authorities, or freight operators in North AmericaExperience in rolling stock, rail infrastructure, or intelligent transportation systemsFamiliarity with standards/technologies such as PTC, Train Control Management Systems, ERTMS, CBTC, onboard diagnostics, and predictive maintenance platformsBachelor’s in engineering or any equivalent engineering degreeMBA or equivalent business management degree
