Headquartered near Chicago, NetSfere operates globally with offices in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, and Singapore. Role OverviewNetSfere is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive new business growth and customer expansion for its NetSfere portfolio across the Midwest region. This role reports directly to the VP, Americas Sales. This is a key leadership role responsible for positioning and differentiating NetSfere’s enterprise communication and customer engagement platforms while reinforcing disciplined pipeline development and forecast management practices. The Sales Director will own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from prospecting and account strategy through deal closure, while building strong, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.In this role, you will work closely with Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Presales, and Delivery teams to identify and develop new opportunities across untapped and existing accounts. You will play an active role in shaping NetSfere’s growth in your region by delivering differentiated, value-driven solutions to customers operating in regulated industries. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of proven enterprise sales experience, with a strong hunter mindset and a track record of successfully selling enterprise communication or related technology solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead sales efforts for NetSfere Enterprise and NetSfere Omnichannel across the Midwest region, with a primary focus on new logo acquisitionDevelop and execute a territory strategy centered on outbound prospecting, new customer acquisition, and selective account expansionDrive aggressive pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and disciplined deal executionSell into key industry verticals including healthcare, financial services, and SMBs, as well as other regulated and compliance-focused organizationsPosition NetSfere as a trusted secure communications platform for regulated industriesArticulate differentiated value to both technical and executive audiences, from engineers to C-suite leadersBuild and maintain trusted relationships with senior IT and business decision-makers across new accountsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Presales, Sales Operations, and Delivery teams to support sales executionMaintain a strong hunter mindset while contributing to a performance-driven sales cultureConsistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets and support regional growth objectivesPlay a direct role in expanding NetSfere’s footprint and market presence across the U.S. Midwest Essential Skills & Experience10+ years of enterprise SaaS/Solution sales experience, with a strong hunter profileProven success selling enterprise software, communications, cybersecurity, or IT platformsTrack record of exceeding quota and closing complex dealsExperience selling into regulated industries such as Healthcare, Finance & Banking.Strong executive presence and comfort engaging C-level buyersAbility to run a disciplined, end-to-end sales processSelf-starter mindset—strategic, accountable, and execution-focusedBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceProficiency with CRM, pipeline management, and data-driven forecastingWillingness to travel up to 50%, as needed.
