The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, the CMO, and the strategy team to coordinate campaigns, improve systems, build scalable marketing processes, and support revenue growth across Coordination:Coordinate marketing channel launches and campaign rollouts with internal team leads to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and driving incremental business impactAssist the CMO and strategy team with ad-hoc marketing initiatives, launches, and cross-brand projectsHelp organize marketing priorities, timelines, and deliverables across assigned brandsSupport traffic planning and full-funnel marketing strategies across paid, organic, email, SMS, SEO, social, influencer, and direct booking channelsOrganic Social Media Coordination:Coordinate social media calendars, campaign schedules, and content publishing across assigned brandsWork alongside creative, video, and content teams to ensure consistent brand execution and posting cadenceMonitor engagement, audience growth, and platform performance KPIsHelp organize on-site content shoots, influencer content, and social campaign initiativesSEO, Local Search & Content Coordination:Coordinate with the SEO team on website optimization initiatives, keyword targeting, content strategy, Google Business Profile optimization, and organic growth opportunitiesHelp organize SEO priorities, timelines, and deliverables across assigned brandsAssist in tracking SEO, local search, and organic traffic performance metricsCoordinate blog content, backlink initiatives, website updates, and local search optimizations with internal and external SEO partnersEmail & SMS Marketing Coordination:Coordinate email and SMS campaign calendars, launches, and lifecycle marketing initiativesWork with creative and copy teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and promotional timelinesMonitor campaign KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and attributed revenueHelp ensure campaigns and opt-in processes align with TCPA/TCR and marketing compliance standardsWebsite & Funnel Coordination:Coordinate website updates, landing page launches, and funnel optimization projects with web and design teamsHelp opportunities for optimizationCommunity Outreach, Public Relations, Local Partnerships & Hospitality Marketing:Coordinate local partnership opportunities, vendor relationships, and community outreach initiatives for hospitality brandsAssist with outreach to local businesses, tourism organizations, event groups, universities, wineries, restaurants, and community partnersHelp organize consistencyQualifications & Physical Requirements:Qualifications:3+ years of marketing experience across multiple digital marketing channelsExperience in hospitality, real estate, luxury, or service-based industries preferredStrong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategyExperience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics platformsExperience with email marketing, SMS marketing, and campaign automation platforms preferredGraphic design experience preferred, including familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong eye for branding, creative direction, and marketing aesthetics preferredFamiliarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Guesty, Attentive, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, and social scheduling tools is a plusStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skillsMust be able to independently monitor, manage, and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels and brandsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs, as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.Must be able to reliably commute to and work in our St. Petersburg, FL office for 4 days/week.
